The new JL Jeeps have a smaller lug stud than previous Jeeps. This kit includes three lug studs that are the same size as the new JL Jeeps, they are meant to be used when fitting a Trail Trekker fuel tank to a Jeep JL.
Note: This bolt kit is NOT needed if you are ordering the 4040487 tank. The 4040487 comes with this bolt kit included. This Bolt Kit is ONLY needed if you have the 4040287 for a Jeep previous of the JL chassis.
