The tank comes complete with black-coated, galvanized steel mounting straps. Plus, with its exclusive low fuel trap design all 46 gallons are usable capacity. We could advertise a larger capacity, but we chose to only market usable capacity to set honest and reasonable expectations for our customers. The Titan XXL tank also features minimal hang down below the bottom of the stock tank (less than 1/2").

For use with diesel fuel ONLY.

Will not work with dually applications.

•    The TITAN tank is 20 gallons larger at 46 gallons. The stock tank is only 26 gallons.
•    Our mid-ship, direct replacement fuel tanks are designed to use your trucks stock/OE sending unit. However, our tanks are compatible with Fleece, AirDog, FASS, etc.
•    Fits with the H12 heater system.
•    Due to variations in aftermarket and factory upgrade components on Sprinter vans, interference with Titan Tanks may occur in rare cases. Customers should verify that all existing equipment allows for proper installation before purchasing. Tank dimensions are provided in the product images and should be used as a reference when evaluating fitment.
